Anastasios Lampropoulos

Dr. Anastasios Lampropoulos is a Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Trauma and Orthopaedics. He has international training from renowned institutions in the UK (Leeds), France (Strasbourg) and Switzerland (Basel), specializing in Hip and Knee surgery.
He has worked for five consecutive years at Leeds General Infirmary, one of the largest Trauma Centers in the United Kingdom under the supervision of Professor P.V. Giannoudis, where complex orthopedic diseases and multi-trauma patients are referred and treated.
He has completed advanced fellowships working alongside Professor Martin Stone at Chapel Allerton Hospital in the UK, gaining deep knowledge in the diagnosis and surgical management of hip and knee pathologies.
He continued his expertise with annual fellowships at The York Hospital NHS trust, honing his skills in Arthroscopy, Revision Hip Arthroplasty and Upper and Lower Extremity Traumatology. In addition to treating traumatic extremity injuries in adults and children, his practice currently includes Patient Specific Instrumentation, Robotic Navigated Knee & Hip Surgery, Arthroscopic surgery, as well as new techniques including biological therapies to preserve large joints.
