Konstantina Bikou

Radiation Oncologist

“Radiotherapy is one of the three main pillars of oncology. The mission of the radiotherapist oncologist is the optimal therapeutic treatment of the oncological patient, armed with modern technology, continuous information and love for the human being.”


Dr Konstantina Bikou was born and raised in Athens. After finishing high school, she pursued her university studies at the Medical School of Plovdiv in Bulgaria and returned to Greece for her compulsory field service (rural doctor) and her specialization in radiation oncology.


Within the framework of her specialization she had the opportunity to be trained in new technologies and special treatments (SRS, SBRT, VMAT/Rapid Arc, brachytherapy of gynecological and prostate cancer, whole body radiotherapy, electrochemotherapy of skin tumors) and to gain rich clinical experience in one of the largest cancer hospitals in Greece.


She has attended numerous oncology post-graduate courses both in Greece and internationally and has actively participated in many scientific events, either with presentations, as an invited speaker or as a member of the presidium.


She is married and has two children. Since April 2021 she is a member of the medical team of the German Oncology Center.
