System, the 60W Boston Scientific Auriga Laser, Urodynamic Control and a flexible cystoscope.

Rezum System
Rezüm Water Vapor Therapy is a non-surgical treatment that uses the natural energy stored in water vapor, or steam, to remove excess prostate tissue that is pressing on the urethra. It is typically completed in one short appointment. During each 9-second treatment, sterile water vapor is released throughout the targeted prostate tissue. When the steam contacts the prostate tissue, all the stored energy is released into the tissue. The amount of treatments needed is based In the size of your prostate. Over time, your body's natural healing response absorbs the treated tissue, shrinking the prostate. With the extra tissue removed, the urethra opens, reducing benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlargement) symptoms while preserving sexual function (normal ejaculation). Most patients begin to experience symptom relief in as soon as two weeks, and maximum benefit may occur within three months.*1,2 Patient responses can and do vary.

60W Boston Scientific Auriga Laser
The high-performance Auriga XL Holmium Laser is designed for a variety of urological procedures - from lithotripsy (urinary stones fragmentation) to surgical treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia (enlargement). In lithotripsy, it offers a quick and safe way of breaking and removing any stones of the urinary tract with the use of a rigid or flexible scope (called ureteroscope) in a short time with quick recovery and minimal discomfort.

Flexible cystoscope
The visual examination of the urinary tract via the urethra (water pipe) can be a valuable asset in reaching a diagnosis for distressful (frequent urination or poor flow of urine) and occasionally life threatening conditions such as cancer. It is a short, easy to perform under local anaesthetic procedure that only lasts a couple of minutes and helps the healthcare professional to establish a diagnosis for your condition.
